of acquiring a real estate on territory of the Republic
of Bulgaria, being sale, letting, intermediation and management.

to obtain a property. Legal advice, estimation, touring
of possible objects of interest is all part of our consultancy
department.
How we operate:
Our fee is is 3% of the purchase price of the real estate
you have chosen, due at the time of deposit payment upon
signing the preliminary contract. This will not include
fees to third parties , lawyers, notary public, fees for
processing of legal documents , etc. Although, each of
these amounts may not be sizeable, still you should be
prepared with a sum amounting around 4% of the purchase
price for the total coverage of third parties expenses
and taxations.

sometimes if u let us know what your criteria are (location,
area, budget limitations), we still may do a comprehensive
search of the local market and provide with the best match
for you. After you have decided if you are interested
in investing in property in Bulgaria, you have to take
the trouble of coming to Bulgaria for inspection of the
desired offer(s). If you resolve upon purchase of a real
estate property , we then sign a preliminary contract,
so that you are made certain this exact offer will only
be available for you further on. Note, that still in Bulgaria
if u desire to buy land, it is compulsory to establish
a company here as legislation does not entitle foreign
physical persons to purchase land on the territory of
the Republic of Bulgaria.
We will then implement the whole process of purchase for
you, and once all formalities are ready, you will be needed
to sign all papers in front of a notary public.
